Tech Watch is the story of a para military group that goes around the world pillaging technology from its creators. Isaiah Grey the founder and leader of Tech Watch does this with the purpose of finding a power source for his beloved project H.a.r.d.w.a.r.e (Human Automated Robotic Drone with weaponized and renewable energy). When he finally comes across a scientist who has the where withall to create such a device he finds that the scientist is not such a push over and is ready to die for his creations, especially once he finds out what the device will be used for.
